Project Description

Owner’s Representative to renovate 24,000 sq ft leased spaced in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and relocate 40 staff and 100 students from a 60,000 sq ft campus in neighboring New Brighton, Minnesota. The project involved converting a prior tractor factory into an educational space for seminary students. Managed schedule, budget, construction oversight and assisted with building selection and lease negotiations. Coordinated internal client teams for interior design, art placement, furniture selection, moving and disposition, and information technology.
