Project Description

Owner’s Representative to renovate 40,000 sq ft. Services included oversight of design, construction, staging, and relocation. Milestone managed the general contractor selection process and coordinated internal client teams for technology, furnishings, and relocation. We are also providing ongoing real estate work for TPT.

Unique Features

Enabling live media production to continue 24/7 while renovating facility and with all other staff housed temporarily in leased space at adjoining historic structure.
