Project Description

Owner’s Representative for the complete renovation of a 10,600 sq ft former four-story restaurant to corporate headquarters for 43 staff using state and federal historic tax credit and owner’s equity. Managed schedule, budget, construction oversight, and coordinated internal client teams for interior design, furniture selection, communications, moving, and information technology.

Unique Features

Uncovering layers of prior renovations in this 1890’s Saint Paul, Minnesota, building and navigating historic preservation and ADA codes, while providing current century functionality.
