Project Description

Owner’s Representative to renovate existing 1974 built facility consisting of 46,000 sq. ft and add 28,000 sq. ft. of expanded building footprint. Services included coordination for new markets tax credit financing, design, construction, and relocation. In addition to the renovation and addition, Milestone helped coordinate with the conservator the restoration of the iconic George Morrison Mural, Turning the Feather.
