Project Description

Owner’s Representative for a 2.25 MW (megawatt) community solar garden facility in Cottage Grove, Minnesota. Services included representing the owner at construction meetings, summarizing owner contractual obligations, and submitting project draws to the lender and title company. We are currently providing asset management services.

Unique Features

Partnering with another owner to jointly develop 5 MW capacity, navigating federal and state tax credit requirements, and repairing fox holes.
