Chad Brady is a driven and results-oriented LEED Accredited construction professional. With 30 years in construction, Chad’s experience provides significant value to a client’s project from an existing building refresh to a multi-million dollar new facility.
Delivering a project that enhances an organization’s footprint in the community is Chad’s greatest passion. Chad enjoys the collaborative nature of construction that brings architects, engineers, owners, and other stakeholders to the table to develop, design, and construct a successful project. He understands and anticipates that every project will have challenges. Chad brings the tools and skills necessary to creatively address complex and challenging project issues.
Chad has a broad array of experience with public and private projects, including office, commercial, retail, educational, church, sports, and industrial facilities as well as expertise in project management, field operations, and construction technology.
Chad earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering at North Dakota State University and he’s OSHA trained.
Some of Chad’s notable past projects include:
- East Grand Forks Schools response to flood recovery for the City of East Grand Forks with a multi school project valued at $35 million.
- Wilder Center in Saint Paul, a $38 million mixed use facility for Wilder Foundation that included clinical space, offices, meeting spaces, an outdoor healing garden and parking structure.
- St. Mary’s Duluth Clinic expansion offering full range of radiation and scanning services with a construction value of $63 million.
When not working, Chad enjoys time with family and friends. Volunteerism is also a big part of his free time. He enjoys being an assistant high school wrestling coach and serving on the school’s education commission and long-range planning committee.
